A Message from the Principal 

Is mór an pléisiúr dom fáilte a chur romhaibh chuig Gaelcholáiste Mhuire A.G. Táimid an-bhródúil as ár scoil, as ár ndaltaí agus as an bpobal atá tógtha againn anseo.

We are delighted to welcome both current and prospective students to Gaelcholáiste Mhuire A.G. and to give you an opportunity to experience what makes our school such a special place. Our school is a place where tradition and ambition come together. We are proud of our history and our identity as an all-Irish, co-educational school, while remaining firmly focused on preparing our students for the opportunities and challenges of the future.

Our students continue to gain excellent results and achievements across academics, sport, music, drama and the arts. These achievements are a reflection of the talent, hard work and dedication of our students, supported by our committed teachers and the encouragement of parents and families.

Our school motto, “Meas & Iarracht” – Respect & Effort, is at the heart of everything we do. We want every student to have the opportunity to discover their strengths, develop their talents and strive to reach their full potential.

We are also entering an exciting new chapter with the expansion of Gaelcholáiste Mhuire. Our new facilities will provide additional classrooms, specialist rooms and improved learning spaces, allowing us to offer an even broader range of subjects and opportunities to our students.

With new subject options, including Drama, Film & Theatre Studies, Home Economics, and Technical Graphics alongside our strong academic, sporting and cultural programmes, the future is very bright for the A.G.

Most importantly, we remain committed to providing an education through Irish that combines academic excellence, opportunity, tradition and a strong sense of community.
