Representing the largest educational investment in Cork City's northside in 40 years, this state-of-the-art development will scale our campus capacity to ensure that future generations of students can access premier, modern facilities while enjoying the rich tradition of our all-Irish education.
Smooth Transition for Our Students
Construction began in January 2026 under the care of Townmore Construction. The project is being built in careful, isolated phases. This means the existing school remains fully operational, safe, and undisturbed for our students throughout the entire build.

What's Coming to Our Campus?
The 4,600-square-metre new development is designed to provide an unparalleled learning environment:
Advanced Learning Spaces: 25 brand-new, modern rooms—including general classrooms, cutting-edge science laboratories, and specialist teaching rooms.
Dedicated Library & Hubs: A brand-new school library, a spacious student canteen, a general-purpose room, and a welcoming new main entrance.
Inclusive Education: A state-of-the-art Special Education Needs (SEN) wing featuring two dedicated classrooms.
Elite Sports Facilities: A brand-new all-weather playing pitch, outdoor ball courts, a sensory garden, and an extension to our existing PE hall. Eco-Friendly Design: Roof-mounted solar PV panels and modern heat pumps, making our new campus highly sustainable.
